Before closing on a property, it's always good to double check the driveway permits because some sellers don't always have permitted access to their property. You can do this by going down to your local county road and bridge department. If a permit is not on file, we recommend filling out an application right away so you're taken care of.

Depending on what you want to use the property for will determine the driveway that's required by the county. Whether it's a commercial or residential driveway permit, you'll need to check with your local county office because every county is different. Chat with us today and we'd be more than happy to walk you through more driveway permit information.
